New York City Naming of the British Garden at Hanover Square by HRH Prince Henry of Wales

The British Memorial Garden Trust UK Ltd. has helped to raise funds for the British Memorial Garden at Hanover Square and is pleased to report that on May 29th, 2009, HRH Prince Henry of Wales joined City of New York officials in the formal naming of the Garden.
The park will now be known as the British Garden at Hanover Square.

New York Parks Commissioner Adrian Benepe officially names the British Garden at Hanover Square and presents HRH Prince Henry of Wales with a plaque to commemorate the occasion
